Terms and Conditions — xlxx3 Platform Rules for All Pakistan Players

By accessing xlxx3 through the website, mobile browser or the xlxx3 Android app, and by creating an account or placing any bet or wager, you are entering into a binding agreement with xlxx3 and confirming that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

These terms apply to all activities on xlxx3 including casino games, slots, live dealer tables, sports betting, PSL and cricket markets, fish games, bingo and any other feature available on the platform. They apply equally whether you are accessing xlxx3 from a desktop browser or the mobile app.

To register and use xlxx3 you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
• You must not be subject to any order or agreement that restricts your participation in online gaming.
• You must register as yourself — accounts opened on behalf of another person are not permitted.

• Only one account per person is allowed. Operating multiple accounts on xlxx3 will result in suspension and forfeiture of balances across all accounts.

xlxx3 reserves the right to carry out identity verification at any point. You may be asked to provide documentation to confirm your identity before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are fully responsible for keeping your xlxx3 login credentials — including your password and any one-time PIN — private and secure. xlxx3 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs because you shared your login details or failed to keep them secure.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including friends or family members.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact xlxx3 support immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, regardless of who carried it out.
• xlxx3 recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and keeping it different from passwords used on other services.

xlxx3 accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other supported payment methods. All deposit transactions are handled in Pakistani Rupees and there are no currency conversion charges on the platform.

• All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made from an account belonging to someone else — are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. These are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits are generally credited to your xlxx3 account within minutes of a successful transaction. If a deposit does not reflect within a reasonable timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference.
• xlxx3 does not accept deposits from credit sources. Deposits must come from funds you own.
• xlxx3 reserves the right to carry out verification checks on deposit transactions as part of its fraud prevention procedures.

Withdrawals from your xlxx3 balance are processed in PKR to your registered payment method. xlxx3 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times vary by payment method.

• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one hour during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer and Raast withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. xlxx3 does not transfer funds to third parties.
• xlxx3 may require identity verification to be completed before processing a withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals or where verification has not yet been completed.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from completing the applicable wagering requirements are withdrawable.

xlxx3 offers bonuses, free bet credits and promotional offers to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Each bonus is available once per player, per household and per device. Claiming a bonus through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are voided.
• xlxx3 reserves the right to withdraw or modify a promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus will be honoured under the terms that were in place at the time of acceptance.
• xlxx3 monitors for bonus abuse. Any account found to be abusing promotional offers — including matched betting specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have bonuses voided and may have the account suspended.

The sports betting section of xlxx3 covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where stated in specific in-play betting rules.
• Sports bets are settled based on official match results published by recognised governing bodies. For cricket, this includes results as declared by the ICC, PCB and the relevant domestic cricket board.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, interrupted or incomplete, settlement rules specific to that market apply. These are detailed in the betting rules section of the platform.
• xlxx3 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of irregularity in the market, a technical error resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, or where the result of a match is under formal investigation for integrity reasons.
• Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These are displayed on the bet slip. Bets placed above the stated maximum may be reduced to the maximum limit without notice.

Games available in the xlxx3 game lobby — including slots, live casino, fish games and bingo — are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) where applicable, or live dealer systems for table games. The following rules apply:

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG or live play and are not influenced by previous results. Past outcomes have no bearing on future ones.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, xlxx3 will attempt to reconstruct the outcome from server records. If this is not possible, the stake for the affected round will be returned.
• xlxx3 is not responsible for interrupted gameplay caused by your internet connection, device failure or power outage on your end.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply in each game and are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• Players must not use automated software, bots or scripts to participate in any game. Doing so is a violation of these terms and will result in account suspension.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on xlxx3 and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, being reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
• Using another person's payment method to make deposits or receive withdrawals.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate or interfere with the xlxx3 platform, games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players during poker or other multi-player games.
• Using software exploits, bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using xlxx3 to process funds from illegal activity.

xlxx3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that a player has breached these terms or where continued account operation poses a risk to the platform or other players. Where an account is suspended for investigation:

• Access to the account will be restricted pending the outcome of the investigation.
• If the investigation finds no breach of terms, full access will be restored promptly.
• If a breach is confirmed, xlxx3 may close the account and withhold any balance where it was generated through prohibited activity.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method, subject to verification being complete.

xlxx3 is committed to supporting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools for players to manage their gaming activity and encourages all users to use them. Online gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress. • Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 48 hours or 7 days.
• Self-exclusion: Request a longer exclusion period of 30, 90 or 180 days.
• Session time reminders: Set notifications to alert you after a defined period of continuous play.

xlxx3 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous, reliable service, xlxx3 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from downtime, errors or interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted, xlxx3 is not liable for:

• Losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, technical errors or maintenance.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the cause was your failure to secure your credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of xlxx3.
• Outcomes of games or betting markets, which are determined by chance or live sporting results and not by xlxx3.

Nothing in these terms limits xlxx3's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. xlxx3's maximum liability to any individual player for any single incident is limited to the value of the deposit made in relation to that incident.

xlxx3 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, players will be notified through the platform — either via a notification on the site, a message in the app, or an update to this page with a revised date shown at the top.

Continuing to use xlxx3 after any revision to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree to a revised version of the terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
